MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT: We sell countless accessories on site at very low prices. Considering time, labor costs, and credit card charges, we must request a $50 minimum order. TERMS CONDITIONS 1 SHIPPING (a-c) & RECEIVING YOUR ORDER* (d-h) a) (how?) UPS ground unless shipping to post office box or APO. We can use USPS or another service if you have a preference. b) (cost?) We charge $7** service charge per order for UPS and $10 for USPS. Plus, the actual shipping cost. The service charge is 'per order' and not 'per piece.' **(Shop cart program calculates shipping at time of order-No Surprises! *Our online UPS program does not include their extra surcharges for Fuel, etc. The Service charge compensates for this necessary fee.) Please be aware that US POSTAL Service can be excessively slow. c) (how long?) We aim to ship the day your payment clears*. UPS ground time average is about 3 business days. (Continental US) Considering our large variety of products, it is virtually impossible to keep everything in stock at all times. We receive merchandise daily and ship daily. (*for all items in stock) "Receiving Your order" *Your Responsibility d) I ACKNOWLEDGE that if I am not at home when my parcel is delivered, the carrier may leave the parcel unattended at my designated "ship to" address, whereupon liability for this parcel becomes mine alone. If delivery tracer shows delivery to this address, I agree to not hold Full Line Audio responsible for this parcel. e) I UNDERSTAND that I may, for an additional fee to be determined by the carrier, request that the carrier will only release parcel to person bearing identification, but that liability for said parcel will still be borne by me. f) WE AGREE to initiate claims against the carrier, where necessary, to help you recover your loss, but we take no responsibility for the loss of your parcel when we can demonstrate that we placed it in the care of the carrier. g) We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that your EMAIL address be clearly presented with your order. We agree to notify you at this address that your parcel has been shipped, on the day it has been shipped. This allows you to both track the progress of your shipment and to make arrangements to be present to receive your package. h) YOU AGREE to notify us if you have not received your parcel by the 7th business day after your parcel has been shipped, and you agree to make this notification within 2 business days (by the 9th business day) of this fact. | 2 CANCELLED ORDERS & RETURNS a) You Agree All Sales Are Final! Once an order is processed, you own the product. - Shop first, decide on model, size, color...and then place an order! If YOU change your mind, YOU will pay for it. We don't add the cost of handling returns to our price sheet for other customers to absorb.
RETURNS: (NO Returns!) a) You Agree All Sales Are Final! No returns are accepted. Only merchandise eligible for service under our warranty policy are eligible for return. See section 3 below. (Nothing accepted without prior authorization) ***Think 'BEFORE' you order! Minimum restocking fee 30% -NO EXCEPTIONS | 3 WARRANTIES a) Within the first 7 calendar days of your receipt of your equipment we will repair or replace {at manufacturers discretion} and return your unit at no cost to you, other than the cost of shipping the unit back to us. - You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
- Items returned without RA# WILL BE REFUSED.
b) After the first week of possession of your equipment, there is a shipping charge for warranty work. c) In cases where additional warranty is provided, that information will be posted alongside the product and/or included with your documents when your order is shipped. d) Manufactures DEFECT and user DAMAGE are different. - We gladly assist our customers to handle problems with Manufacturing defects.
- However, a warranty is not protection against user damage. A manufacturer may refuse to repair user damage. Freight charges will still apply in this instance.
THE BOTTOM LINE: If you get caught with defective product, we WANT TO HELP. But If YOU break your equipment, YOU pay for it. Were not going to add the cost of abused goods to our price sheet for our customers to absorb. Note: Specific Brand Warranty* Rockford Fosgate: We are not an authorized dealer and all products are sold without manufacturer's warranty. Contact us for specifics. Many times a manufacturer will upgrade/change a product without any prior notice. 5 SHIPPING DAMAGE If your merchandise becomes damaged during shipping, you must do the following: a) Save the shipping carton b) Notify the carrier who delivered the goods to you in a damaged condition and file a claim with them. c) Do not return your unit to us. The carrier reimburses you, not us. 6 COMMON SENSE a) Put all your documentation, including your receipts & warranty papers, as well as your boxes in a safe place. You will need them if warranty service is needed. b) We recommend professional installation or at least professionally assisted installation of mobile electronics products. c) Look before you leap. Virtually all equipment comes with installation info. Consult it before you connect that hot lead. 7 PAYMENT a) We accept the following payment options: ***Note: To protect the owner of a credit card from acts of fraud, we have instituted the following requirement for "High Value Orders:" After submission of an order, a company representative will contact the owner of the credit card for completion of processing. Processing will only be completed with "owner" of the credit card. This is part of a third party verification process that enables us verify the identity of the person submitting an order.
